With over two decades of experience across two continents, I bring a global perspective to real estate coaching—rooted in practical strategy, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of what drives sustainable success in this industry. 

I began my career at Harcourts Grenadier in 2002 before becoming a Ray White business owner from 2007 to 2014. In 2015, I relocated to California, where I expanded my skill set and served as Director of Auctions for Harcourts USA, followed by management and training roles at Harcourts Carlsbad and an auction specialist with Coldwell Banker from 2016 to 2023. During that time, I worked with hundreds of agents on everything from auction strategy to listing presentation refinement and negotiation mastery.
